Description Of The Subject Of The Order1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Delivery Of Fish And Fish Products For The Needs Of The Municipal Social Services Center In Wrocław.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Defined By Cpv Code 15220000-6, Frozen Fish, Fish Fillets And Other Fish Meat; Cpv15232000-3 Salted Fish; Cpv 15234000-7 Smoked Fish; Cpv 15240000-2 Canned Fish And Other Preserved Or Prepared Fish; Cpv 15241200-1 Processed And Preserved Herring; Cpv 15243000-3 Fish Products.3. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Contract Using His Own Efforts To The Central Kitchen Located In The Social Welfare Home (Dps) At Ul. Karmelkowa 25 In Wrocław.4. The Required Quality Guarantee Period And Warranty Conditions For The Delivered Subject Of The Order - Were Specified In The Draft Agreement - Annex No. 4 To The Swz And In The Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Type And Quantity Of The Ordered Goods, Can Be Found In The Price Calculation And In The Draft Agreement.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ People On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. 7. In Cases Where The Subject Of The Order Is Described By The Ordering Party By Reference To The Standards Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law And Art. 101 Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law - The Ordering Party Hereby Indicates That It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Each Such Reference In The Procurement Documents Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Award The Contract In Parts, Each Of Which Would Be The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts As Part Of The Current Procedure And Therefore Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Division Of This Contract Would Result In Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution.9. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers Referred To In Art. 92 Of The Act Pzp.10. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 8 Of The Pzp.11 Act. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To: 1) Order A Smaller Quantity Of Goods Than The Quantities Specified In The Price Calculation For Individual Items; 2) Resign From Some Of The Items Indicated In The Price Calculation, However, Any Reduction In The Quantity Of Goods Cannot Be Greater Than 50% In Relation To The Value Of The Remuneration For The Entire Subject Of The Order Specified As The Contractors Remuneration.
