The Subject Of The Order Is An Audit And Review Of The Organizations Cybersecurity Status, Aimed At Identifying Gaps And Non-Compliance With The Future Requirements Of The Nis2 Directive And Comprehensive Development And Implementation Of The Information Security Management System (Isms) At The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Office In Kielce (600 - Approximate Number Of Employees In The Unit) And In Five Subordinate Units, I.E.: - Provincial Sanitary And Epidemiological Station In Kielce (190 People), - Provincial Inspectorate Of Plant Health And Seed Inspection In Kielce (80 People), - Provincial Inspectorate Of Environmental Protection In Kielce (66 People), - Provincial Inspectorate Of Road Transport In Kielce (50 People), - Provincial Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Kielce (70 People).2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 1 To Swz.3. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled: Improving The Level Of Cybersecurity In The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Office In Kielce And Its Subordinate Units, Co-Financed By The European Union Under The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan Program In The Grant Competition Entitled “Cybersecure Government”.4. The Ordering Party Informs That If There Are References To Specific Standards, Approvals, Specifications Or Systems In The Order Documentation Or Other Documents Made Available As Part Of The Procedure, They Should Be Treated As Examples. The Ordering Party Informs That In Each Such Case It Allows Reference To Equivalent Documents, But The Obligation To Confirm The Equivalence Of The Documents Lies With The Contractor.5. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Four Stages: - Stage I - Isms Audit, Kri/Ksc Compliance Audit By Qualified Auditors; - Stage Ii - Development Of Documentation; - Stage Iii - Implementation, Implementation And Training; - Stage Iv - Verification, Review And Final Report.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present To The Ordering Party A Program And Schedule Of Individual Stages Of Contract Implementation At The Ordering Party And In Each Unit Within 7 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.7. The Ordering Party Provides For The Requirements Referred To In Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law And Defines Them In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. 8. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Who Will Perform Activities Related To The Audit, Development And Implementation Of The Information Security Management System (Isms) During The Execution Of The Order. 9. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Carry Out Inspection Activities Towards The Contractor Regarding The Contractors Or Subcontractors Compliance With The Requirement Of Employing Persons Performing The Work Specified In Section Under The Employment Contract. 8 Activities.
