Górskiego To The Newly Designed Collector, C) The Sewage System Design Must Also Include Sewerage And Full Infrastructure, I.E. Wells, Inlets, Outlets, Purification Devices, D) Based On The Preliminary Concept Of Ul. Prepared By The Contractor. Chyszowska, Planning The Location Of Street Inlets - Site Plan (The Construction Of The Inlets Will Be Carried Out Separately From The Construction Of The Rainwater Drainage System During The Construction Of The Road), E) Strengthening The Bottom And Slopes Of The Ditch, F) Restoring The Surface And Green Areas After Construction Works, G) Securing, Relocating And Rebuilding Underground And Above-Ground Technical Infrastructure Devices (Including Power Lines And Cables, Telecommunications Lines And Cables, Waterworks, Sanitary Sewage Systems, Gas Pipelines, Heating Network, Telecommunications Network), Resulting From The Technical Conditions Obtained From Their Users And To The Extent Necessary To Remove The Conflict.2. For The Subject Of The Contract Specified In Section 1 Includes The Following Scope: 1) Preparation Of An Up-To-Date Situational And Elevation Map For Design Purposes On A Scale Of 1:500, 2) Preparation Of A Geotechnical Opinion To Document The Ground And Water Conditions, Together With Carrying Out Geological Research To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Development Of Documentation And Other Tests According To The Needs Imposed At The Stage Of Arrangements And Reviewing The Project, 3) Preparation Of Design Documentation (Construction Design And Detailed Designs) Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit And Implementation Construction Works,4) Obtaining Technical Conditions From Network Operators And The Roads And Communications Authority In Tarnów,5) Obtaining Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions, Among Others. From Pkp And Cpk Necessary For The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Investment, 6) Obtaining All Documents Required By Regulations, Such As: Decisions, Permits, Consents, Arrangements, Opinions, Reports, Derogations From Regulations, Etc., Which Are Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit, 7) Preparation Of A Water Law Study Together With The Inclusion Of The Catchment Area From The Areas Located On The Border Of The Road Right-Of-Way Of Ul. Chyszowska, Ul. Górskiego And Ul. Niedojadły (On The Section From Ul. Klikowska To Ul. Szuskiego In Accordance With The Local Spatial Development Plan) And From The Areas Adjacent To The Road, In Accordance With The Gravity Flow Of Water, And Preparing And Submitting
