A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Requirements And Order Quantity Are Specified In: Annex No. 11 - Description Of The Scope Of Maintenance Services, Annex No. 10 - List Of Functions Of The Modules And In Annex No. 9 - Description Of The Minimum Requirements Of The Infrastructure On Which The System Will Be Run, Constituting An Annex To The Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz And The Contract Template. The Completed Price Form Is Submitted Together With The Offer.
