Scope Of The Order: 2.1 The Order Includes: Preparation Of An Analysis Of The Appropriateness Of Starting To Prepare A Local Plan And Determining The Necessary Scope Of Planning Works For Part Of The Area Of The Raciąż Commune, - Żychowo Precinct, Plots No. 324/2, 323/2, 322/2 And 316; - Grzybowo Precinct, Plot No. 188/3, 188/4, 188/5, 186, 188/6 And 189; In Accordance With Art. 14 Section 5 Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130). The Analysis Should Include: 1) Analysis Of The Location Of The Study Area; 2) Analysis Of The Current Use Of The Land; 3) Land Use Structure According To The Register Of Land And Buildings; 4) Communication Services; 5) Technical Infrastructure; 6) Land Ownership Structure; 7) Possible Spatial Problems; 8) Conditions Resulting From Planning Documents (Study Of Conditions And Directions Of Spatial Development Of The Raciąż Commune); 9) Applications For The Preparation Of A Local Spatial Development Plan; 10) Analysis Of Possibilities Investment, Or Lack Thereof;11) Analysis Of The Degree Of Compliance Of The Planned Solutions Of The Local Plan With The Findings Of The Study;12) Necessary Scope Of Planning Works;13) Summary;3. Description Of The Subject Of The Order 3.1 Basis For The Development: 1) Development And Submission To The Ordering Party Of Documentation Of The Analysis Of The Validity Of Starting The Local Preparation And Determining The Necessary Scope Of Planning Works For Part Of The Area Of The Raciąż Commune, Żychowo District, Plot No. 324/2, 323/2, 322/2 And 316, And Grzybowo District, Plot No. 188/3, 188/4, 188/5, 186, 188/6 And 189 Will Meet The Conditions Provided For By The Legal Provisions In Force On The Date Of Its Submission, Including: - An Application To Prepare A Local Spatial Development Plan; - The Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130); - Applicable Polish Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Requirements And Documents Of The Ordering Party. 2) Upon Submission, Confirmed By The Protocol, The Contractor Transfers All Copyrights To The Documentation Prepared As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Authorizes The Ordering Party To Use The Analysis In All Fields Of Exploitation And Proceedings In Order To Develop A Local Spatial Development Plan For The Analyzed Area. 3.2 Purpose Of Preparing The Documentation: The Documentation Will Be The Basis For The Possibility Of Preparing A Local Spatial Development Plan In The Area Indicated In Section 1.13.3 O
