1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Electricity In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (I.E. Of January 24, 2024, Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 266, As Amended) Together With The Implementing Regulations To This Act, To The Ordering Partys Energy Collection Points. This Order Does Not Cover Electricity Distribution Services. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Locations And Description Of Electricity Collection Points Along With The Contractual Power And Estimated Consumption, Is Included In Section 6. 2. The Contractor Who Is Not The Owner Of The Distribution Network For The Ordering Partys Connection Points Must Have A Valid Contract Concluded With The Local Distribution System Operator (Hereinafter Referred To As: Dso), On The Basis Of Which It May Sell Electricity Through The Distribution Network Of This Dso To All The Ordering Partys Facilities Indicated Below. At The Stage Of Submitting Offers, Contractors Who Are Not Owners Of The Distribution Network Will Submit An Appropriate Declaration In This Regard. For The Connection Points Listed In Section 7, The Role Of The Distribution System Operator (Hereinafter: Dso) Is Performed By: Pge Dystrybucja S.A., Lublin Branch. 3. Expected Electricity Consumption Over A Period Of 10 Months For All Of The Ordering Partys Facilities Listed In Section 6: – Table Line 1 To 12 Is – 900,000 Kwh. The Expected Total Consumption Of Electricity, As Well As The Consumption Of Electricity In Individual Facilities, Is A Planned And Estimated Amount Presented To Determine The Scope And Value Of The Order, Which Does Not Reflect The Actual Consumption Of Electricity During The Duration Of The Contract And In No Case Can Be The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor, In Particular In The Case Of Consumption Of A Smaller Amount Of Electricity. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Above-Mentioned Value Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party During The Contract Implementation Period. 5.
