Measurement Of Specific Signals: Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Body Temperature, Weight And Height; Detailed Collection Of The Patients Clinical History, Including Main Complaints, Current Symptoms, Past Medical History, Allergies, Medications In Use, Lifestyles (Diet, Physical Activity, Smoking, Alcohol Consumption) And Family History Of Diseases; Inspection: General Visual Assessment Of The Patient; Identification Of Areas Of Pain, Swelling Or Abnormalities; Assessment Of Body Sounds Using A Stethoscope To Detect Possible Changes In The Respiratory And Cardiac Systems; Use To Determine The Presence Of Fluids, Air Or Solids In Internal Organs. Based On History And Physical Examination, The Medical Formula Is An Initial Diagnosis; Prescription Of Medications, When Necessary, To Treat Acute And Chronic Conditions; Guidance On Lifestyle Changes, Including Diet, Physical Exercise, Sleep Habits And Reducing Health Risks; If The Need Is Identified, Referral To Specialists For Further Evaluation And Treatment; Providing Educational Information To Patients And Families About Health Conditions, Disease Prevention, Preventative Care, And Proper Use Of Medications; Detailed Record Of All Information Collected, Diagnoses Made, Treatments Prescribed And Referrals Carried Out, Ensuring A Complete And Accurate Patient Medical History., Provision Of Specialized Medical Services In Ophthalmology, Including Exclusively The Carrying Out Of Medical Consultations Intended For The Diagnosis, Treatment, Monitoring And Prevention Of Eye Diseases. Consultations Include, At A Minimum: Clinical Anamnesis, Assessment Of Visual Acuity, Ocular Refraction, Inspection Of The External Structures Of The Eyes, Examination Of The Fundus Of The Eye By Ophthalmoscopy, Measurement Of Intraocular Pressure, Pupillary Dilation When Clinically Indicated, Issuance Of Diagnosis, Treatment Prescription, Patient Guidance, Recording In Medical Records And Clinical Monitoring. All Services Must Be Carried Out By A Legally Qualified Ophthalmologist, With Active Registration With The Regional Council Of Medicine (Crm), In Compliance With Current Technical, Ethical And Legal Standards., Orthopedist - Carry Out Specialized Consultation And Treatment Of Musculoskeletal Conditions, Including Injuries, Deformities And Diseases Related To Bones, Joints, Ligaments And Tendons.
