Service - Provision Of Monthly Public Accounting Services Relative To The Financial Year, Namely Budgetary Execution (Commitment, Settlement And Payment), Financial And Patrimonial, Bank Conciliations, Monthly Inss Closing, Delivery Of Federal Obligations (Dctf, Siops, Siope, Siconfi), Preparation And Delivery Of Balance Sheets, Budgetary, Financial And Patrimonial Assets, They Will Be Processed In A Computerized Public Accounting System. Sending Annual Financial Statements To The Court Of Auditors Of The State Of Minas Gerais And Holding Public Hearings At The City Council. The Service Will Be Provided Through At Least 2 Visits Per Week, In Addition To The Availability Of Assistance Via Telephone, Messages, E-Mail, And Online Meetings, As Required By The Municipality.
