Tender For Renovation Of Guest House And Aca 1.00 Dismantling tile work in floors and walls (including removing of Mirrors, glasses, etc.) laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50-meter lead: 1.01 For thickness of tiles 25mm to 50mm 2.00 Dismantling doors, windows and clearstory windows steel or wood shutter including chowkhats and holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead: 2.01 Of area 3 square meter and below. 3.00 Dismantling of flushing (WC/EWC) with cistern, urinals of any size including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meter lead. Urinals & their partions will unitized back with urinal jibbis complete in all respects. 3.01 For thickness of tiles 25mm to 50mm. 4.00 Dismantling of light reinforced cement concrete platform along with curtain walls, washbasins, base concrete etc. including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead, complete in all respects. 4.01 Above 2.52 Sqm 5.00 Dismantling of old sewage drainage pipes in lavatory & partial shaft (say PVC/CI) including removal, cutting, stacking, disposal within lead 50 metres. Complete in all respects. 6.00 Dismantling of existing water supply lines in lavatory & partial shaft (GI/CPVC/UPVC), including valves/fittings/ facuets,etc from riser/trunk including removal, disposal. Complete in all respects. 7.00 Providing & laying new sewage drain pipe (e.g. HDPE/PVC- Size 110/75/40 mm) of specified diameter (existing dia, with all necessary fittings - eg. Nani Trap, P-Trap, Sockets, Elbows, etc.) including trenching, bedding, jointing, testing, backfill. 8.00 Providing & laying new water supply line (e.g. CPVC/UPVC- Size 20/25/ 32 mm) of specified diameter (existing dia, with all necessary fittings- Tee, Sockets, Elbows, etc.) including fittings, testing, flushing. 9.00 Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) of mix 1:4:8 (M7.5) with 40 mm nominal size stone aggregate in foundation and bedding below pipeline, including compacting with plate vibrator, curing, etc., complete in all respects as per the engineers and CPWD/ PWD Norms . 10.00 Providing and laying tile flooring of approval make, shade as approved by Architect over adequate thickness of mortar (1:4), making joint with PVC spacers of 3 mm to be filled with tile grout with approved pigmented to match the shade of tile & laid as per design & drawing approved by Architect for various thick of tiles but including cost of cement. 10.01 Vitrified tile Somany ( basic rate Rs. 40 per sqft ) (Grande callis brown fp -600 x 1200 mm) 10.02 Vitrified tile Somany (basic rate Rs. 38 per sqft) (Delmon beige - 600 x 600mm) 11.00 Providing and fixing Bijoliya Stone Door frames including hinges jamb, lock Jab, section 110x45mm, or base ties of rigidly fixed together by mechanical means adjustable lugs with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer & Paint after pre-treatment of the surface as directed. 12.00 Providing and fixing 35 mm (overall) thick both side commercial type flush door shutters , core of block board construction and frame of 1st class hardwood phenol bonded, 12mm thick wood lipping on all edges of shutters including 4 nos. brushed steel heavy duty butt hinges 125 mm with matching screws , PVC buffers, polishing where required etc. all complete as per design and drawing. (The thickness of shutter in all the cases should not be less than 35mm either veneered or laminated finish) (Cost of providing door seal to be included in the quoted rate). 12.01 Providing and fixing tower bolt (barrel type)/ Aldrop SS with necessary screws etc. complete. 250 mm x 10 mm SS 12.02 Providing and fixing aluminium handles with necessary screws etc. complete. 150 mm 12.03 Providing and fixing sliding door bolts/ latch , 300 mm 12.04 Front Door stopper 12.05 Back Door stopper 12.06 Door Closer of Godrej 13.00 Providing, laying & testing cast - in - place structural controlled cement concrete grade M25 using 20mm down coarse aggregates but including cost of centering & cement, shuttering and steel reinforcement but including cost of making shear keys and provision of construction / contraction / control joints in various locations, laid, consolidated and cured. Item to include all structural items like base raft, ramp, column, wall, footings, equipment foundations, fins, mullions, beams, lintels, pergola, chajja, facia, parapet, railing, slab trenches, drains and sumps etc. The rates of concrete to include the cost of admixtures / plasticizers where required . This item to also include the concrete requiring waterproofing like water tanks, retaining walls, base raft, etc. On Counters
