Tender For Electrification of Newly constructed Vidhi Vigyan Prayogshala Bhavan at Vill. Bilbai under EDD, Banda (Rural)- 1 The work of erection of 11 KV OVERHEAD/UNDERGROUND HT Lines/Sub-Staton on 8.5/11 Mtr. long PCC/ST Poles with ACSR Weasel/Dog/Rabbit Conductor/XLPE Cable for giving 500 KVA Connection to Vidhi Vigyan Prayogshala Building, Banda under FULL DEPOSIT SCHEME 2025-26 under EDD, BANDA-RURAL, including carriage of all required material from ESC Banda to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also safe carriage of old line material/scraped from site to store centre, if any. The bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. Any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. The material supplied by contractor should be the best quality and as per standard including transportation, if any. Details of the work as given below ;- 2 Safe cartage of STP/Joint Ginder Pole 11 Mtr. long from ESC to site of work. 3 Safe cartage of PCC Pole 8.5 Mtr. long from ESC to site of work. 4 Cartage of line Material Viz. conductor, GI Wire, Cross Arm, Earthing, ABC/PVC/XLPE Cable, Stay, clamps, angles, insulators, channels, fittings etc. 5 Erection of STP/Joint Ginder Pole 11 Mtr. as single pole structure with fitting of all accessories HT/LT. 6 Erection of PCC Pole 8.5 Mtr. Long as single pole structure with fitting of all accessories HT/LT. 7 Erection of Double/Section Double on 11 Mtr. STP/Joint Ginder Pole with fitting of all accessories HT/LT. 8 Erection of Double/Section Double on 8.5 Mtr. PCC Pole with fitting of all accessories HT/LT. 9 Laying and sagging of ACSR weasel/dog/rabbit conductor, including with fitting of HT/LT fittings of all material as per site requirement. 10 Laying, sagging & termination of Control Cable 4x2.5 Sq.mm., including fixing of all material as per site requirement and making all suitable arrangements to get the work done. Includes with supply of control cable 4x2.5 Sq.mm. (arranged by tenderer at his own cost.) 11 Laying, sagging & termination of 11 KV XLPE (3x185 Sq.mm.), including with all material as per site requirement and making all suitable arrangements to get the work done. Cable hoisting and making loops at both ends are also includes in the work. 12 Laying, sagging & termination of 11 KV XLPE (3x120 Sq.mm.), including with all material as per site requirement and making all suitable arrangements to get the work done. Cable hoisting and making loops at both ends are also includes in the work. 13 Erection, fixing & transportation of 11 KV TVM Meter with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 14 Erection, fixing & transportation of 11 KV CT/PT Metering Pole mounted unit with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 15 Erection, fixing & transportation of 11 KV Pilfer resistant metering cubicle with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 16 Laying of 11 KV 3x185 Sq.mm. XLPE Cable BY HDD Machine on HDPE Pipe with supply of HDPE Pipes and complete fittings as per IS. The work includes cost of commissioning of 11 KV cable jointing kits and making all suitable arrangements to get the work done. Cable hoisting and making loops at both ends are also includes in the work. 17 Erection of stay at digging of pit including the cost of grouting with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone in ratio 1:4:8 as per RESPO Norms alongwith nozeling & bindeing stay set, stay. 18 Concreting/Grouting of newly erected single/double pole structure on 8.5/11 Mtr. PCC/ST/Joint Ginder poles as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each), including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual site requirement, including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 19 Fixing of earthing rod as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. including the cost of labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 20 Fixing of T-Off Channels with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 21 Supply, Making, Filling & Fixing of cable jointing kit Indoor/Outdoor Type for 11 KV 3x185 mm2 XLPE (arranged by tenderer at his own cost.) 22 Supply, Making, Filling & Fixing of cable jointing kit Indoor/Outdoor Type for 11 KV 3x120 mm2 XLPE (arranged by tenderer at his own cost.) 23 Supply & Fixing of 6" Dia GI Pipe with supporting clamps etc. (arranged by tenderer at his own cost.) 24 Supply & Fixing of PG Clamp (arranged by tenderer at his own cost.) 25 Supply & Fixing of Jointing Sleeves for ACSR Rabbit (arranged by tenderer at his own cost.) 26 Supply & Fixing of Alluminum Tape (arranged by tenderer at his own cost.) 27 Supply & Fixing of Cross Arm Holding Clamp with nut-bolts (arranged by tenderer at his own cost.) 28 Supply & Fixing of "F" Clamp with nut-bolts (arranged by tenderer at his own cost.) 29 Supply & Fixing of Danger Board with clamp and nut-bolts (arranged by tenderer at his own cost.) 30 Supply & Fixing of Number Plate (arranged by tenderer at his own cost.) 31 Supply & Fixing of Top Channel (arranged by tenderer at his own cost.) 32 Supply & Fixing of Dropper Channel (arranged by tenderer at his own cost.) 33 Supply & Fixing of Cross Bracing Angle (arranged by tenderer at his own cost.) 34 Supply & Fixing of Guarding Angle with Clamp and nut-bolts (arranged by tenderer at his own cost.) 35 Supply & Fixing of Clamps with Bolt-Nuts (arranged by tenderer at his own cost.) 36 Safe cartage and Carefully installation/fixing of 11 KV VCB for I/C CTR 600/300/5A and and O/G CTR 200/100/5A with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual. 37 Making of Control Room 15x15 with including of arrangement of all required material as per standard, related to making of control room (arranged by tenderer at his own cost.) 38 Chopping of Tree Branches coming in the vicinity of the lines during the execution of above work. 39 Note: Any quantity of item from sl no. 1 to sl no. 37 may vary to any limit within the financial value of agreement against this tender.
