Tender For provision Of Certain Minor Works Under Age Br (P) In Tech Area At Af Stn Jodhpur- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of prefabricated walk-in chiller cabin (Casing material for indoor unit - SS-304) of external dimension 10 ft x8 ft x8 ft with refrigeration machines R404 A (compressor - hermetic reciprocating type) for storage of rubber products having wall & ceiling insulation of 60 mm thick pp/pp cyclopentane superior quality PUF panels having puf density 40 + 2 Kg per cum with cam locks and 1 Nos swing door of 60 mm thick pp/pp cyclopentane with clear opening of 34" x 78" with desired temperature range (15 to 25 degree celcius), product incoming temperature (25 to(-) 20 degree celcius) in ambient temperature of 43 degree celcius complete all as directed and specified.Note :- Necessary foundation PCC 1:2:4 shall be provided and rates quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.Make:- Bluestar Model No- Evaporating unit : RUAH01014KP-1, Condensing unit : RUAHOP1014 or equivalent in Voltas/ Carrier as approved by GE. 2 Dismantling timber scantling framework of 40 sqcm and over in section in any position complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 3 S&F for mild steel rolled sections as in roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc; including welding, conforming toFe 290, Gde E-165, quality A complete all as specifiedand directed. 4 M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise discribed, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed. 5 Supply & fix pre-painted galvalume GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken sheets complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Supply & fix pre-painted galvalume GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding towall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken sheets complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Taking down old exising roof treatment (APP membrane and plaster) including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. including removing debris outside of MD land complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 9 Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. 10 M&L for walling of squared rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. 11 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonry/PCC block masonry/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 12 M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone masonry/PCC block masonry/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 13 M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling of concrete surface and finishing the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of water based weather proof exterior emulsion paint in camouflage/CCD pattern on brick, stone, concrete or plaster surface upto 10m height from GL of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed. 15 Material & labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, rub the wall surfaces with wire brush or grinder and finally with fine sand paper and applyingone coat ofwhite cement base wall care putty on walls finished the surfaces even and smooth with fine sand paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including one coat of cement primer including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job complete all as specified and as directed. 16 M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed. 17 Taking down chowkhats or framesexc. 1.5 sqm each but n exc 4 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and as directed. 18 Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and as directed. 19 S&F aluminium anodized powder coatingaluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators, partition wall with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron.) 20 S&F anodised aluminium powder coated door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing,handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, aluminium snap beading screw complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron.) 21 S&F anodised aluminium powder coated window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, aluminium snap beading screws, anodised aluminium fitting such as peg stays 150 mm long (1 Nos), hinges type B-21 100 mm long (2 Nos) suitable handle (1 Nos)complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron.) 22 S&F 4.80 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with beads fixed with metal panel pins in square exc 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed. 23 S&F aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolt 300mm long with hasp and staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and directed. 24 S&F 150 mm long floor door stopper aluminium alloy body and tongue anodised with hand drawn steel spring complete all as specified and directed. 25 S&F aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section 200mm in length complete all as specified and directed. 26 S&F factory made steel rolling shutter with laths of thickness 1.25 mm without ball bearing as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, complete, gear operated type with bevel gear box and cranck handle complete confirming to the requirement of IS 6248-1979 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 27 S&F safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 28 S&F ball bearings for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 29 M&L for min 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4type B-0 using (12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) in padding finishing surface of concrete topping even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of old cement concrete complete all as specified and directed. 30 M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, on existing concrete surfaces on roof, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Water proofing compound shall be paid seperately as supply only. 31 M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 32 M&L for preparing new surfaces of roof and applying two coats of polyurethene (PU) acrylic based water proofing liquid compound over and including a coat of diluted elastomeric self primer and reinforcement fabric sheet as per manufacturer"s instruction to stop leakage/seepage from roof/wall complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note :- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/ structure of any height. 33 Supplying only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 34 Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. & hositing if required reconnecting & re-fixing in position (Cleaning repairing etc. measured separately) exc 250 & n exc 500 Ltrs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 35 S&F 500 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storatge tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I connecting up pipes including 20 mm bore ball brass valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight of ball valve-210 gms) including necessary overflow pipe and dismantling existing tank and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 36 Taking down and refixing after cleaning old steel tubing & connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors etc.) of 20mm borecomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 37 Taking down and refixing after cleaning old steel tubing & connections in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors etc.) of 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 38 S&F GI tubes medium grade with all fitting & fixed complete to walls & ceilings or laid in floors of 20mm bore including taking down old steel tubing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 39 S&F GI Tubes medium grade with all fitting & fixed complete to walls & ceilings or laid in floors of 15 mm bore including taking down old steel tubingcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 40 S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 75mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including taking down old pipes and fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 41 M&L 75 mm PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
