The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 50x50x6mm thick angle iron base frame work,powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside,both side openingtype, with aprons for cable entry,with double door and locking arrangement and including earth work, disconnecting old connections and taking out oldpanel and reconnecting new panel etc. The panel consisting of the following:- (a)Aluminumbus barfour strips300 Amps ,415 volts, fixed horizontally, duly insulatedwithheat shrinkable sleeves in colour code - 01 Set.(b)MCCB 04 Pole, 63 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA - 01 No (Incoming) (c)MCCB,04 Pole,40 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA - 02 Nos (d)Digital Volt meter 0-500 volt with coil and selector switch - 1 No.(e) Digital ammeter 0-500Amps with CT coil and selector switch - 01 No(g) Indication lamps R,Y,BLEDtype– 1 set of three (j) Internal wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable duly crimped with copper lugs & ferruled and aluminumstrips for MCCB"s.(k) Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40mm graded crushed stone , 15 cm thick in foundation, cemented block/brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class `B", old sizebricks, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel.
