Tender For Repair/Maintenance Of Street Light Fittings Including Connected Items At Domestic Area At Afs Pathankot- 1 Taking down the Carefully unserviceable any type security lights /Hanger light/wall lights of any capaciy/size from pole/ bldgs/ walls lightand refixing after repair unsv items such as choke/lamps/ignitors/ Surge protection, drivers complete all, as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.(Note:- (i) After completion of contract, contractor shall hand over all the security/perimeter lights conventional type" in perfect running/functioning condition to the department.(ii)Contractor shall provide his authorised Cell/mobile No.and local address to contact and communicate the message for any break down and contractor"s rep will visit the office twice a day (0930 Hrs and 1430 Hrs) to collect the day to daycomplaints of any nature/type. (iii) Penalty for not rectifying the defect in time(within 72 hrs)will be charged to contractor and the amount of penalty @ Rs 500/- per complaint will deducted from the due payment of contract.(iv) Complaints will be treated as rectified only after user"s "Satisfactory slip "will be produced by contractor to concerned JE E/M.(iv) Cost of attending day by day complaint is included in the rate quoted under this item, no extra payment for attending complaint shall be made.(v) Old material obtained from spares replacedunder this item shall be contractor"s property and will be measured as per credit schedule.(vi) Cost of minor spares i.e, wirnig inside light fittng, connecting wire upto terminal box, nut bolts washers or accessories as required for fixing light on pole, connector blocks are deemed to be included in the item rate, items other than mentioned will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of work,(vii) Cost of T&P i.e, ladders, tools, brazing, welding, soldering required and transportation is deemed to be included in quoted rates(viii) Area cleaning if required within vicininty of lighing poles is to be done by contractor only and rate for area cleaning is deemed to be included in quoted rates . (X) Contractor will be take proper shutdown before repaire with communation of IPSS team / Security section for repair of perimeter lights complete all as specified and directed by external dia medium grade saddling on building with proper clamping all fixing arrangements etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 22 S&F in replacment of 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe bracket 1.2 mtr long bend to shape including clamps made out of 50 x 6 mm flat iron duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, suitable size nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 23 S&F in replacement of 32 mm dia light grade GI pipe bracket 1.2 mtr long bend to shape including clamps made out of 50 x 6 mm flat iron duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, suitable size nuts, bolts and washers etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 24 Cutting the tree branches/ stem all around the over head line to mainten clear distance 2 mtr all around the conductor of any size or girth and shifting it to nearest waste depot and cleaning area complete between the span of two poles length of not exc 50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 25 Supply and laying GI tubing light grade galvanised of bore 50 mm bore laid in trenches or fixed on pole/ wall for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 26 Supply and laying GI tubing light grade galvanised of bore 40 mm bore laid in trenches or fixed on pole/ wall for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 27 Supply, install, connect & testing cubical outdoor type factory made double door, powder coated LT bus bar feeder pillar box for 200 amps 3ph and neutral arrangement of size 500mmx500mmx200mm with MCB 4 pole 63 to 100 A complete weather proof and verminproof conforming to IP-54 made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet including provisions for ventilation and cable termination alley all as per IS.It should be mounted on 40 x40 x 6mm angle frame with a clearance of at least 0.45mtrs above GL and 0.30mtrs below ground including required PCC for foundation and coping complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 28 Scraping of old paint from the street light steel tubular pole with out removing accessories and preparationof surfaces for repainting . Repainting the pole with one coat of alternative yellow and black straps of 30 cm each upto 1.5 mtr height using synthetic enamell paint . Repainting the remaining pole and clamps GI braket etc above 1.5 mtr height by applying one coat of alumn paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 29 Painting of street light PCC pole without removing accessories with one coat ofalternative white and black straps of 30 cm each upto 1.5 mtr height using synthetic enamell paint .Colour washing the pole above 1.5 mtr height using snowcem of approved colour including painting the steel parts i.eclamps GI bracket etc by applying one coat of aluminum paintcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 30 Writing No of pole with letters/ figures of size not exc 30 mm with black painton a yellow circle of dia 75 mm all as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 31 S&F PVC medium grade 20 mm conduit including complete fitting and fixture i.e. bend, elbow, suitable for fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 32 S&F steel 20 mm
