Processed Fruit And Vegetables – Successful Deliveries Of Food Products. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Food Products - For The Canteen (Part A) And For The Buffet (Part B), But The Parts Are Not Separate Tasks. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz Entitled Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Contractor Will Bear All Costs Related To The Preparation And Submission Of The Offer. The Delivered Food Products Should Be Products Manufactured In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Regulation (Ec) No. 178/2002 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 28 January 2002 Laying Down The General Principles And Requirements Of Food Law, Establishing The European Food Safety Authority And Laying Down Procedures In The Field Of Food Safety (Oj Eu.L. 2002.31.1, As Amended). The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Food Products Of The Highest Quality, Meeting Polish Standards And Having Valid Expiration Dates, The Same For A Given Product Range. The Shelf Life Of Food Products At The Time Of Delivery To The Ordering Party Cannot Be Shorter Than ¾ Of The Period During Which The Food Products Remain Fit For Consumption, As Described On The Packaging Or In The Polish Standard.
