The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1) Administration, Operation And Renovation Services Of Municipal Cemeteries Of The Stargard City Commune, I.E.: A) Municipal Cemetery At Ul. Spokojna In Stargard, The So-Called New Cemetery (Plot No. 24/2, Precinct 14) Together With The Buildings And Their Equipment, Infrastructure, Fencing And Undeveloped Land Reserve Within The Property; B) Municipal Cemetery At Ul. Kościuszko In Stargard, The So-Called Stary Cmentarz (Plot No. 623/15 In The 9Th District; Plots No. 13/2 And No. 14 In The 14Th District) Along With The Infrastructure, Equipment And Fencing Located There; C) Municipal Cemetery At Ul. The So-Called Pilots The Cemetery In Kluczewo (Plot No. 2, Precinct 20) Along With The Infrastructure, Equipment And Fence Located There. 2) Opening And Closing The Gates Of The War Cemetery At Ul. Reymonta 26 In Stargard (Plot No. 149, Rev. 2). 3) Care Of National Memorial Sites In The City In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To This Agreement. 4) Collection Of Fees Due To The Budget Of The City Of Stargard Commune For The Use Of All Municipal Cemeteries And The Municipal Funeral Home, In Accordance With Applicable Local Law, Including Issuing Invoices To The Payers Of These Fees On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. 5) Keeping Cemetery Books On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of August 1, 2001 On The Method Of Keeping Records Of Graves (Journal Of Laws Of 2001, No. 90, Item 1013, As Amended). 6) Compliance With Relevant Regulations Related To Cemetery And Graveyards, Including Local Law.
