Prior Information Notice For Public Road Transport Services – Passenger Transport Services In The Mtk-Ost And Mtk-Süd Line Bundle. A) Note On The Deadline For Self-Commercial Applications In Accordance With Section 8A Ii S. 2 Pbefg An Application For The Granting Of A Bundled Permit For Self-Commercial Traffic In The Sense Of: S.D. § 8 Iv S.2 Pbefg Must Be Submitted For The Entire Term In Accordance With Section 5.1.3 Within The 3-Month Period According To § 12 Vi S. 1 Pbefg. This Deadline Is (Re)Triggered By This Prior Information (In The Form Of This Notice Of Change) For All Scheduled Services Covered By The Intended Award (See Section 2.1). The Start Of Operation Of The Transport Service For The Mtk-Ost Line Bundle Is December 13Th, 2026, And For The Mtk-South Line Bundle (Deviating From Section 5.1.3) On June 27Th, 2027. Both Bundles Are Expected To End On December 14, 2036. With Regard To The Mtk-Süd Line Bundle, The Responsible Authority Reserves The Right To Provide A Regulation In The Öda According To Which Its Term Can Be Extended Until The Last Day Of School Before The 2037 Summer Holidays. B) Award As A Total Service The Responsible Authority Intends To Award The Transport Services In Section 2.1 As Partial Services, Whereby The Two Line Bundles Each Represent An Independent Overall Service Within The Meaning Of Section 8A Paragraph 2 Sentence 4 Pbefg. C) Requirements For The Transport And The Granting Of Commercial Permits According To § 8A Ii S. 3 Pbefg, The Intended Öda Sets Requirements For The Transport Covered In Terms Of Timetable, Transport Charges And Standards.
