Contract Supervision Services Regarding Pt Development Services, Pt Verification Services, Technical Assistance To The Designer, Execution Of Works And Equipment Within The Project Entitled Touristic Development Of The Turda Salt Through The Development Of The Iosif Mine And By Modernizing The Treatment Base Financed By The North West Regional Development Agency (Adr North West) Through The North West Region Program 2021-2027 Within The Infrastructure Development For Spa And Balneo-Climatic Tourism, Including Improving Access To Resources And Tourist Attractions (Urban) Project Component: Rso5.1_Promotion Of Integrated And Inclusive Development In The Social, Economic And Environmental Fields, As Well As Culture, Natural Heritage, Sustainable Tourism And Security In Urban Areas The Main Investment Objective Is The Development Of The Infrastructure For Spa Tourism By Modernizing The Turda Saltworks, An Objective That Is Part Of The Development Priorities Of The Turda Municipality And Increasing The Tourist Attractiveness Of The Region. The Purpose Of The Project Is To Increase The Attractiveness Of The Salina Turda Tourist Attraction And Implicitly Of The Area. By Carrying Out The Investment Touristic Development Of The Turda Salt Through The Development Of The Iosif Mine And The Modernization Of The Treatment Base, A Tourist Circuit Will Be Created That Includes The Iosif, Terezia, Rudolf Mines And The Franz Iosif Gallery, With The Aim Of Improving/Fluidizing The Internal Circulation Of The Turda Saltworks, As A Whole, The Creation Of New Additional Access/Evacuation Routes From The Saltworks, The Arrangement Of Spaces And Adequate Facilities And, At The Same Time, Permissive For Various Categories Of Cultural, Recreational And Sports Events Associated With Specific Touristic/Bathing Activities In Salina. The Supervision Services Are Necessary To Ensure The Contracting Authority That The Design And Execution Services Of The Works That Are The Subject Of The Development Project Of The Iosif Mine Within The Turda Salt Flats Are Performed At An Appropriate Level Of Quality In Compliance With The Legislation In Force And The Normative Acts Issued In This Regard. Any Interested Economic Operator Has The Right To Request Clarifications/Additional Information In Relation To The Award Documentation Up To The 20Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarifications/Additional Information Regarding The Award Documentation On The 10Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
