It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Provision Of Services For The Development And Creation Of The Single Telecommunications Information Point. The Project Includes The Creation Of The Single Point Of Information As A Central Mechanism For Gathering, Analyzing And Making Available Telecommunications-Related Data. The Platform Will Offer Citizens, Businesses, Providers Of Telecommunications Or Other Services (In Short Providers), Businesses And Public Bodies Advanced Tools For Geographical Mapping And Projection Of Statistical Analysis Of Telecommunications Infrastructures, Their Characteristics And Performances At National And Local Level. The Collection Of Data Will Be Based On Three Distinct Categories Of Sources: (A) From External Platforms For Collecting Technical Measurements, Through The Following Two Technological Channels: 1. Mobile Phone Application (Application) That Enables The End User To Perform Connectivity Measurements. Results Are Collected Anonymously From Thousands Of User Metrics Per Month. 2. Integration With Sdk-Type Software, Which Can Be Included Within Applications Aimed At Specific User Groups (Eg Police, Fire Department) And Automatically Collect Connection Metrics Without User Action. The Contractor Will Ensure The Availability Of This Data, As Well As The Possibility Of Its Full Integration And Utilization In The Information System Of The Platform, With Respect To The Terms Of Use And With A Guarantee Of Technical Validity And Up-To-Dateness.
