Facilities Management Services For Computer Systems Maintenance – Contracting Of Services For Support, Maintenance And Evolution Of The Water Quality Data Management And Exchange System In The Dga And Cchh (Nabia).. This Contract Responds To The Need To Provide Operational Continuity, Technological Sustainability And Functional Evolution Of The Nabia System. In Terms Of Water Quality, Royal Decree 817/2015, Of September 11, Which Establishes The Criteria For Monitoring And Evaluating The State Of Surface Waters And Environmental Quality Standards, Establishes In Its Article 30 That The General Directorate Of Water Will Coordinate The Information Exchange System On The State And Quality Of Continental Waters Called Nabia, Which Will Be Fed With Data From The Monitoring Programs Of The Hydrographic Districts. This System, Which Is Not For The Exclusive Use Of The Administration, Was Implemented Since 2015 And Fully Digitalized Three Years Ago, Constitutes The Centralized Platform For The Management, Standardization And Exchange Of Data On Water Quality At The National Level. The Service Contemplates Not Only The Corrective, Adaptive And Evolutionary Maintenance Of The System, But Also Its Optimization To Guarantee A More Efficient Use Adjusted To The Operational Needs Of The Different User Profiles, In Particular Of The Hydrographic Confederations And Other Organizations That Generate Water Quality Data At The Regional Level. Likewise, A Substantial Improvement Is Promoted In The Access And Use Of Information, Since Nabia Is Designed To Be Used Not Only By The Quality Areas, But Also By The Set Of Functional Units Of The Hydrographic Confederations, Thus Facilitating The Integrated Management Of The Resource. At The Same Time, The Public Availability Of Data Is Ensured, Reinforcing Transparency, Institutional Interoperability And Compliance With The Principles Of Access To Environmental Information Established By Current Regulations.
