The Procedure Is Conducted In Order To Conclude A Framework Agreement Specifying The Conditions For Awarding And Implementing Future Contracts For Inspection And Maintenance Services That May Be Awarded During The Period Of Validity Of The Framework Agreement. The Subject Of The Order Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Inspection Services And Servicing Of Installations, Systems And Devices Installed At The International Congress Center In Katowice In The Sanitary Industry - Part Ii As Part Of The Task: Ensuring The Proper Functioning Of The Mck, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order For The Sanitary Industry (Annex No. 7 To The Swz). Periodic Inspections And Servicing Activities Will Be Performed In The Sanitary Industry In The Following Ten Tasks: 1) Inspection And Servicing Of District Heating Equipment And Heating Installations. 2) Przegląd I Czynności Serwisowe Urządzeń Klimatyzatorów Typu Split. 3) Przegląd I Czynności Serwisowe Instalacji Ogrzewania Podłogowego Wraz Z Regulacją Hydrauliczną Pętli Ogrzewania. 4) Przeglądy I Czynności Serwisowe Urządzeń Wody Lodowej, Maszynownia Chłodu. 5) Przegląd I Czynności Serwisowe Central Wentylacyjnych Frapol Wraz Z Dostawą Wymianą I Utylizacją Starych Filtrów. 6) Przeglądy I Czynności Serwisowe Instalacji Przeciwoblodzeniowej Wjazdu. 7) Inspection And Servicing Of Humidifiers. 8) Przegląd I Czynności Serwisowe Klima Konwektorów Kanałowych. 9) Inspection And Servicing Of The Pressure Differentiation System Based On Cx1201 Fire Protection Devices Control Panels. 10) Przegląd I Czynności Serwisowe Urządzeń Wilo. A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For The Order, On The Basis Of Which The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Award Partial Orders To The Contractor As Part Of Implementation Agreements. The Ordering Party Will Award Partial Contracts To Contractors With Whom It Has Concluded A Framework Agreement On The Terms Specified Therein (Pursuant To Article 314(1)(1) Of The Public Procurement Law). The Ordering Party Stipulates That It Does Not Guarantee The Ordering Of Partial Orders For The Maximum Amount Of Remuneration Indicated In The Framework Agreement And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim In This Respect. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Determined By: A) Design Provisions Of The Framework Agreement (Annex No. 9 To The Swz), B) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Sanitary Industry (Annex No. 7 To The Swz).
