To Meet This Objective, A Call For Public Bidding Is Carried Out, Establishing In Its Administrative And Technical Bases, The Clear And Objective Set Of Requirements, Conditions And Specifications That Describe The Goods And/Or Services To Be Contracted And That Allow Achieving The Most Advantageous Combination Between All The Benefits Of The Good Or Service To Be Acquired And All Its Associated Costs, Present And Future. This Process Will Regulate Both The Acquisition And The Final Contract, Thus Ensuring That The Quality And Efficiency Of The Health Care Provided By The Hospital Is Maintained.
