The Subject Of The Order Is To Carry Out Partial Renovations Of Bitumen Surfaces Using Mineral-Asphalt Mass From A Recycler In The City Of Żyrardów. The Scope Of Repairs And Maintenance Of Asphalt Roadways Includes: 1) Renovation Of Street Surfaces Using Mass From A Recycler, 2) Cutting The Edges Of The Defect With A Circular Saw And Giving It A Regular Shape, 3) Removing Spoil, 4) Cleaning Damaged Places, 5) Sprinkling The Base And Walls Of The Defect With Asphalt Emulsion, 6) Filling The Defects With Mineral-Asphalt Mass Using A Recycler In Accordance With The Scope Of Work,7) Compacting The Surface With A Plate Compactor To The Level Of The Existing Surface Or With A Conical Roller,8) Supplementing The Subgrade, 9) In The Event Of A Large Number Of Losses Occurring At The Same Time, Carrying Out Work Using Two Recyclers,10) Adjustment Of Infrastructure Devices, Including: Manholes And Street Inlets, Rainwater Drainage, With Restoration Of The Surface To Its Original State, 11) Securing And Marking The Work Site In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, 12) Supplementation Surface Defects During The Warranty Period With Mineral-Asphalt Mass, Strengthening It With Bituminous Emulsion. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For Physical Defects And A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order Performed By Him For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works And The Signed (Without Comments) Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Works. The Contractor May Extend The Warranty Period For Physical Defects To 36 Months Or To 48 Months. Extending The Warranty Period For Physical Defects Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove All Defects And Faults Immediately, Counting From The Date Of Notifying The Contractor Of Their Occurrence, Or Within Another Technically Justified Period, If Agreed By The Parties. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwior - Annex No. 8 To The Swz And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) - Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
