The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 3 To The Draft Agreement (Annex 5). The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In: Assortment And Price Form - Annex No. 1A To The Swz, Which Includes, Among Others: Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Unit Of Measurement And Quantity. A Maximum Of 3 Months, The Shortened Implementation Period Will Be The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers. The Contract Will Be Valid Until One Of Two Events Occurs: A) The Contract Amount Is Used Up B) The Deadline For Which The Contract Was Concluded Expires.
