1. The Subject Of The Order Is Provision Of Catering Services For The Operation Of The Central Road Transport Inspection Training Center.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Part Iii And Iv Swz.3. The Contract Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Who Submitted The Most Advantageous Offer Will Be Concluded For The Amount That The Ordering Party Intends To Allocate For The Execution Of The Order.4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Process The Order In Smaller Quantities, But In An Amount Not Less Than 50% Of The Gross Value Referred To In § 6 Section 1 Part Iv Swz - Ppu. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Expect To Cancel The Procedure In The Cases Specified In Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks Related To The Order.7. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Throughout The Duration Of The Agreement, Under An Employment Contract, All Persons Who Will Perform The Following Activities Within The Scope Of The Agreement: A) Delivery Of Dishes And Side Dishes Prepared From Fresh And Good Quality Products; B) Preparation Of Meals In Accordance With The Presented Menus; C) Transport Of Meals In Conditions That Meet The Sanitary And Technical Requirements For The Transport Of Food; D) Portioning And Serving Meals; E) Immediately Removing Packaging And Post-Consumer Waste After Participants Have Eaten A Meal; F) Disposal Of Post-Consumer Waste, As Well As Washing, Scalding And Disinfecting Dishes, Thermoses And Cutlery - Which Involve Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). The Requirement To Be Employed Under An Employment Contract Does Not Apply To Natural Persons Running A Business, Because The Owner - As An Employer - Cannot Be Employed At The Same Time.10.
