The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of Office Furniture For The District Prosecutors Office In Wągrowiec. 1.1 Name And Cpv Code Specified In The Common Procurement Vocabulary For The Subject Of The Order: 39130000-2 Office Furniture, 39121000-6 Desks And Tables, 39110000-6 Seats, Chairs And Related Products, And Their Parts, 39150000-8 Various Furniture And Equipment1.2 The Delivery Includes Brand New, Unused, Defect-Free Furniture.1.3 All Offered And Delivered Furniture Elements And Accessories Must Meet The Requirements Of Occupational Health And Safety And Ergonomics Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy Of December 1, 1998 On Occupational Health And Safety In Positions Equipped With Screen Monitors (Journal Of Laws Of 1998, No. 148, Item 973).1.4 Before Commencing The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Make Detailed Measurements.1.5 Before Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Indicate The Individual Rooms Of The Public Prosecutors Office Into Which The Assembled Furniture Should Be Placed And Specify The Colors Of The Furniture.1.6 The Assembly Of The Furniture Will Be Possible On Working Days From Monday To Friday Between 7:30 A.M.
