I Subject Matter Of The Contract: Construction Of Air Conditioning In The Building Of The Collegium Iuridicum Of The University Of Opole. 95 Of The Act. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship (Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended)) Of Persons Performing The Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order Indicated Below, The Performance Of Which Consists In The Performance Of Work. The Type Of Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order To Which The Requirements For Employment On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Apply. Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order: - Electrical Work: Laying Cables, Cable Line Testing, Checking And Measuring The Electric Circuit, Installation Of Fuse Links, Measurement Of Switchgear, Etc.; - Construction Works: Plastering, Painting, Facade Work, Etc.; - Sanitary Works: Air Conditioning Installation, Condensate Drainage, Etc.. The Method Of Verification By The Ordering Party Of The Employment Of These People And The Ordering Partys Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To Employment Of These Persons And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Were Specified By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Draft Contract). Iv. Warranty For The Completed Air Conditioning Construction Together With The Accompanying Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With A 60-Month Warranty From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Completed Subject Of The Order. V. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Completed Within A Maximum Of 120 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Maximum For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor May Include A Shorter Deadline For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In His Offer.
