The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1. Construction Of A Nursery Building For 10 Children Under The Age Of Three. A Detached, Single-Story Building, Covered With A Flat Roof, The Buildings Facades Covered With Plaster. The Building Contains A Classroom, A Cloakroom, Social And Sanitary Facilities As Well As Kitchen Facilities. Building Dimensions: Length: 11.40 M, Width: 15.20 M, Height: 4.43 M, Building Area: 156.84 M2, Usable Area: 114.20 M2, - Volume: 669.87 M3, Floors: 1 Above Ground.2. Construction Of The Following Installations: Water And Sewage, Heating With An Air Heat Pump, Electrical, Mechanical Ventilation.3. Accompanying Infrastructure, Which Will Include Hardening The Area With Paving Stones Around The Building With Designated Parking Spaces, Supplemented With Landscaped Greenery.4.
