1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment On 7 Playgrounds In Szczecinek, And The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Agreement, Which Will Be Able To Independently Perform An Economic Or Technical Function In The Scope Of: 1.1. Delivery And Assembly Of Playground Equipment And Small Architecture Elements, In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To This Swz, 1.2. Handing Over The Equipment For Use To The Ordering Party After Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Works.2. Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Order Using Sample Visualizations Of Devices And A Description Of Material And Construction Requirements - Annex No. 1 To This Swz.3. Play Equipment Referred To In Section 1 Point 1.1. Above, Must Be Brand New And Have A Certificate Of Compliance With The Pn En 1176-1:2017 Standard, The Safe Surface Must Have A Certificate Of Compliance With The Pn En 1177 Standard, Issued In A System Accredited By The National Accreditation Center Or The National Accreditation Body Of Other Member States, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of The European Union (Ec) No. 765/2008 Of 09/07/2008 Laying Down Accreditation And Market Surveillance Requirements Relating To The Conditions For The Marketing Of Products And Repealing Regulation (Eec) No 339/93.4. The Contractor Will Provide Warranty Service For The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Agreement. 5. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Order Meeting All Quality Standards Established By Applicable Legal Provisions And Standards.6. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Section 1 Specifies The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Swz.7. The Subject Of The Order Made By The Contractor And Handed Over To The Ordering Party Will Be Fully Consistent With The Agreement And Will Meet The Needs For Which It Is Intended. 8. Supplies Carried Out By The Contractor Shall Include Any Work Which Is Necessary To Meet The Requirements Specified In The Contract Or Which Is Implied By The Contract Or Which Results From Any Obligation Of The Contractor, As Well As All Work Not Specified In The Contract But Which May Be Inferred To Be Necessary For The Stability Or Completion Or Safe, Reliable And Efficient Operation Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract.9. The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee For The Completed Subject Of The Order For A Period Of Not Less Than 36 Months.10. Equivalent Solutions.10.1. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions If The Subject Of The Contract Described Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, 10.2.
