The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Provided For In Article 214, Section 1, Point 7: - Demolition And Disassembly Works, - Carpentry Works, - Roofing And Sheet Metal Works, - Execution Of Window Joinery, - Execution Of Waterproof And Moisture-Proof Insulation, - Electrical Works, Lightning Protection Installation, Electrical Measurements. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Specification Of The Technical Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bill Of Quantities.2. The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Include:• Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz;• Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz;• Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.3. Equivalent Solutions. 1) If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Order Documents Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Solutions, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. The Parameters Given In The Order Documents Should In Such A Case Be Treated As Minimum. 2) A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. 3) If The Procurement Documents Contain References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions.4) Any Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents And Place Of Origin Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Swz Are Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract And Are Intended To Indicate Only The Quality And Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract Due To The Lack Of Other Sufficiently Precise Terms That Would Allow To Describe The Subject Of The Contract In This Part In An Unambiguous And Exhaustive Manner.4. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Syst
