The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Storm Sewage System For The Investment Project Titled: Construction Of Three Multi-Family Residential Buildings With A Parking Lot And The Necessary Road And Technical Infrastructure In The Town Of Ostrowy Nad Oksza In The Miedźno Commune. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System For The Task: Construction Of Three Multi-Family Residential Buildings With A Parking Lot And The Necessary Road And Technical Infrastructure - Rainwater Drainage As Part Of The Task Construction Of Three Multi-Family Buildings In The Town Of Ostrowy Nad Oksza At Ul. Wąska And Chabrowa, A Housing Estate Called Akacjowa Ostoja In The Miedźno Commune. The Project Includes The Drainage Of Rainwater From The Area Of The Investment In Question: - Rainwater And Meltwater From The Roofs Of The Buildings In The Investment In Question Will Be Discharged Through Rainwater Risers (Outside The Scope Of Works), And Then Through Pipes Laid In The Field, Running With A Slope To The Designed Infiltration Tank. Water Will Also Be Directed From Some Of The Investments In Accordance With The Pzt. To A Tight Tank In Order To Use Them For Gardening Purposes. In Order To Protect Against Leaves Falling Into Gutters And Downspouts And The Accumulation Of Dirt, It Is Recommended To Use A Protective Net Or Strainer At The Inlets To The Downpipes. - Rainwater From Roads And Parking Spaces (Dirty Water) Will Be Discharged Along With Other Water Through Road Inlets Through A Designed Network Of Channels Arranged In The Investment Area With A Slope To The Designed Infiltration Tank. Rainwater And Meltwater From The Investment In Question Will Not Be Treated In The Oil-Derivative Substance Separator, Because Only Rainwater From Parking Lots And Roads With An Area Exceeding 0.1 Ha Should Be Treated In Oil-Derivative Substance Separators In Accordance With The Applicable Standard. The Area Of The Parking Lots And Roads Is 930.84 M2.
