The Order Includes:1) Earthworks.2) Assembly Works.3) Road Works.4) Signs, Pedestrian Bridges.3. The Investment Will Be Co-Financed From Funds Received From The National Recovery And Resilience Plan (Kpo) For Investments In Sustainable Water And Sewage Management In Rural Areas (B3.1.1). Component B Green Energy And Reducing Energy Consumption. Specific Objective: B3. Adaptation To Climate Change And Limiting Environmental Degradation. Reform: B3.1. Support For Sustainable Water And Sewage Management In Rural Areas. Investment: B3.1.1. Investments In Sustainable Water And Sewage Management In Rural Areas.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In: Annexes No. 3 To Swz - Design Documentation; Annexes No. 4 To Swz - Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb); Annexes No. 5 To Swz - Bills Of Quantities.5. The Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Construction Regulations, In Compliance With Polish Standards, Technical Conditions (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1225, As Amended), All Applicable Legal Provisions And The Attached Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction And Installation Works, Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Ensuring Safe And Hygienic Working Conditions, Including For Users Of Areas, Roads, Facilities And Properties, And Also, In Such A Way As To Ensure Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions In This Respect, A Document Allowing The Use Of The Facility (Even Assuming The Obligation To Change And Supplement The Design Documentation On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, If Necessary). If There Is A Need To Perform Unforeseen Works That Were Predictable After Reading The Terms Of The Order Implementation, Or Unforeseen Works Related To Changes In Legal Provisions During The Construction Works, The Ordering Party Assumes That The Contractor Has Included Such Risk In The Lump Sum Price And In No Case Will The Performance Of Such Work Result In An Increase In The Lump Sum Remuneration. The Remuneration Due To The Contractor And Specified In This Contract Is A Lump Sum, Which Means That The Contractor Cannot Demand An Increase In The Remuneration, Even If The Scope Or Costs Of The Work Could Not Be Predicted At The Time Of Concluding The Contract.6. Moreover, As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Work Necessary For The Execution Of The Order, Including: 1) Arrangement And Liquidation Of Work Facilities, 2) Securing The Works In Terms Of Occupational Health And Safety - This Also Applies To Ensuring The Safety Conditions Of All Persons Authorized To Be On The Construction Site, 3) Organizing And Carrying Out The Necessary
