The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of One City Bus. The Bus In Question Must Be Brand New And Manufactured No Earlier Than 2025, Free From Physical And Legal Defects. An Unused Bus With A Mileage Of No More Than 500 Km And Not Used For Test Drives, Presentations Or Research Is Considered Brand New. The Ordering Party Requires That The Bus Offered Is Not A Prototype. The Offered Vehicle: - Must Be Adapted To The Environmental Conditions In Which It Will Be Operated, Withstand The Impact Of Climatic Conditions, Air Pollution And Dust, Must Be Resistant To Agents Used For Winter Road Maintenance, As Well As To The Action Of Cleaning And Washing Agents, Must Have A Paint Coating Enabling Daily Mechanical Washing. The Bus Delivered To The Ordering Party And Constituting The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is An Annex To This Specification Of Essential Terms Of The Order. The Vehicle Is To Meet The Euro 6 Standard In Terms Of Exhaust Emissions, As Well As Meeting The Technical Requirements Specified In The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including The Technical Conditions Specified In The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law And The Implementing Regulations To This Act. Attention! Whenever The Brand Or Origin Of A Product Or Device Is Indicated In The Swz, It Should Be Assumed That Each Name Is Followed By The Word Or Equivalent, I.E. That The Built-In Materials, Devices, Etc. Will Have (Characterize) All Parameters Not Worse Than Those Described In The Above-Mentioned Documents. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Burden Of Proving The Equivalence Of The Offered Item Rests With The Contractor. In Case Of Doubts Regarding The Equivalence Of The Offered Products, The Ordering Party Will Call On The Contractor To Submit Explanations Regarding The Content Of The Offer Within The Specified Deadline. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Offer Of Prototypes.
