The Subject Of The Order Are Veterinary Services In The Field Of Castration/Sterilization And Microchipping Of Cats And Dogs, Euthanasia Of Blind Litters Delivered By Residents Of The Gołdap Commune, Microchipping Of Homeless Animals And Pets At The Request Of A Resident Of The Gołdap Commune, And Treatment Of Homeless Cats Brought By Residents And Guardians Of Free-Living Cats. Requirements And Activities Carried Out Under The Order: - Performing Sterilization Or Castration Procedures Of Free-Living Cats Under The Supervision Of Guardians Of Free-Living Cats, Along With Ensuring The Possibility Of Staying And Maintaining The Animal For Approximately 72 Hours After The Procedure (As Needed Or Depending On The Animals Condition), By Providing Post-Operative Care In The Form Of: A Room For The Stationary Keeping Of The Animal, Pharmacological Agents, Equipment And Apparatus, Etc.; - Performing Sterilization Or Castration Procedures For Dogs Or Cats With An Owner, As Well As Ensuring The Possibility Of Staying And Keeping The Animal For Approximately 72 Hours After The Procedure (As Needed Or Depending On The Animals Condition), By Providing Post-Operative Care In The Form Of: A Room For The Stationary Keeping Of The Animal, Pharmacological Agents, Equipment And Apparatus, Etc.; - Marking Dogs And Cats With An Owner Or Free-Living Cats By Implanting A Microchip And Entering The Owners Data Into A Local Database (The Microchips Are Provided By The Ordering Party); - Putting Down Blind Litters Of Cats And Dogs By Euthanizing Entire Litters And Handing Over The Carcasses For Disposal To Authorized Entities At The Contractors Expense, - Performing Blood Morphology Tests On Homeless Cats And Possibly Carrying Out Tests For Felv Leukemia If Such A Need Arises After Morphological Tests, - Treating Homeless Animals, In Particular Free-Living Cats, By Providing Veterinary Assistance, E.G. Performing A General Examination, Ultrasound Examination, Applying A Dressing, Removing Fleas And Deworming, Treatment Of Cat Cold, Euthanasia (In Case Of A Positive Test For Leukemia); - When Undertaking Treatment And Procedures, Especially In Free-Living Cats, The Contractor Must Be Properly Prepared. Priority Is Given To Experience And The Ability To Deal With Wild Animals And Predict The Behavior Of Animals Under Stress; - Services Must Be Performed Using The Apparatus And Equipment Necessary To Provide Veterinary Services In Accordance With The Act Of December 18, 2003 On Animal Medical Facilities (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 24); - The Ordering Party - The Gołdap Commune Ensures Until The Funds Secured In The Budget Are Exhausted The Commune, Co-Financing In The Amount Of 50% Of The Costs Of Sterilization Procedures For Female Dogs Or Castration Of Dogs/Cats With An Owner Residing In The Urban Area Of The Gołdap Commune, And The Commune Provides, Until The Financial Resources Secured In The Communes Budget Are Exhausted, Co-Financing In The Amount Of 100% Of The
