System Requirements: 1) Closed System For Blood Collection Using The Aspiration-Vacuum Method; The Entire Assortment From The Package - One Manufacturer, All Test Tubes Must Contain Stickers Except Item No. 13.2) The Ordering Party Currently Uses The Kabe System; If The Contractor Offers A Closed System From Another Manufacturer, It Must Ensure Staff Training In The Operation And Use Of This System Within 5 Business Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract And At The Place Determined By The Ordering Party. We Accept All Substitutes That Meet The Requirements Of The Aspiration-Vacuum System And Meet The Other Requirements In The Package;3) The Offered System Must Enable The Performance Of The Following Laboratory Tests• Coagulation,• Hematology,• Biochemistry,• Ob /Linear Version/• Blood Gasometry4) The Contractor Must Offer A Blood Collection System With A Shelf Life Of At Least 12 Months From Delivery, But For Items 8-11 And Item 16 With A Validity Period Of At Least 6 Months.5) Minimum Technical Requirements For The System• Standardized Test Tubes Ensuring Blood Collection Of The Required Volume• Stability Of Test Tubes (Matching Of Test Tubes In The Stand Of The Devices Offered In The Procedure By The Contractor) • Inability To Perform The Test In Analyzers Without The Need To Pour The Material Into Cuvettes Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Not Meeting The Requirements.
