1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services For The Needs Of The Department Of Economy Of The Marshals Office Of The Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The Services Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Successively - In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Needs Communicated To The Contractor By Sending An Order For Individual Services By E-Mail No Later Than 3 Days Before The Planned Service.2. The Ordering Party Specified The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions Of Its Implementation In The Draft Agreement Together With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter: Sopz), Constituting Annex No. 6 To This Swz.3. In These Proceedings, The Ordering Party Determines The Requirements For Employment Based On An Employment Relationship, In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law. 4. In These Proceedings, The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Requirements Regarding The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law.
