The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Accommodation From May 4, 2026 To May 22, 2026 For 59 Participants Of The Joint Resolve26 Exercise In Helsinki, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Number Of Accommodated Persons By A Maximum Of 6 People, - Arrival On May 4, 2026 (Time To Be Determined) - Departure On May 22, 2026 R. (Time To Be Determined)B) Accommodation Of People In 21 Double Rooms (With Separate Beds, No Bunk Beds) And 17 Single Rooms With Breakfast, (In Case Of Increasing Or Decreasing The Number Of Accommodated People, The Number Of Rooms Will Be Proportionally Increased Or Decreased);C) Ensuring Daily Transport Of Accommodated Participants Of The Joint Resolve26 Exercise In Helsinki From The Hotel To The National Defense University Of Finland And Back.3. Providing Accommodation Services In A Hotel That Has Rooms Equipped With The Equipment And Amenities Described In Point 4, Between May 4 And 22, 2026 (18 Days), For The Needs Of A Delegated Group Of Representatives Of The Academy Of War Arts Participating In The Joint Resolve 2026 Exercise. 4. Each Room Must Be Equipped With At Least Towels, An Electric Kettle, A Wardrobe, Hangers, A Mirror, A Bedside Table, A Tv, A Desk And A Chair, And In The Bathroom Must Have At Least A Bathtub Or A Shower Cabin, A Washbasin And A Toilet; 5. Breakfast As Part Of The Hotel Service;6. Ensuring Daily Transport Of The Accommodated Participants Of The Joint Resolve26 Exercise In Helsinki From The Hotel To The National Defense University Of Finland And Back, At Hours Determined By One Of The Persons Responsible For The Implementation Of The Contract On The Part Of The Ordering Party, And Obtaining Consent For Each Time They Enter The Premises Of The Military Unit Where The Joint Resolve-26 Exercise Will Be Held.
