The First Part Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works Aimed At Thermal Modernization Of The Sports Hall In Szkotowo. The Scope Of Work Includes, Among Others: 1. Thermal Modernization Of Walls - Including A) Mechanical Cleaning And Impregnation Of The Substrate (Fungicides, Priming Preparations). B) Insulation Using The Light-Wet Method Using Graphite Polystyrene And Adhesive Mortars. C) Execution Of Reinforcement With Fiber Mesh. Glass And Plaster Primer. D) Applying Thin-Layer Silicone Plaster On The Walls And Door Frames. 2. Performing New Flashings: A) Replacing Window Sills (Width > 25 Cm). 3. Insulating The Roof By Blowing In Thermal Insulation Hinged/Tilt-And-Hinged Pvc Windows With Embedding Processing. 5. Replacement Of Wooden Door Frames And Installation Of A New, Glazed Aluminum Door. 6. Replacement Of The Heat Source By Installing An Air-To-Water Heat Pump For Central Heating And Hot Water Purposes. 7. Construction Of A New Complete Photovoltaic Installation (Pv) With A Total Power Of 32.55 Kw (Mounted On The Roof Of The Hall) And The Delivery And Installation Of An Energy Storage Facility With A Capacity Of 50 Kwh - Cooperating With The Pv Installation.
