The Scope Of The Order Includes Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of The Following Equipment: 1) Station For Testing Electro-Pneumatic Systems - 1 Set One Set Consists Of: - Minimum 1 Piece - Mobile Laboratory Table - Minimum 1 Piece - Set For Learning The Basics Of Pneumatics - Minimum 1 Piece - Set For Learning The Basics Of Electropneumatics - Minimum 1 Piece - Set Of Electrical Cables - Minimum 1 Piece - Power Supply - Minimum Simulation Software With A License Manager - Minimum 1-Year Access Subscription To The Digital Educational Portal. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To Swz.B. The Contractors Obligation Is To Deliver The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Description Indicated In Annex 3 To The Swz, Its Unloading, Assembly And Commissioning. C. The Contractor Is Responsible For All Deliveries, Including The Course And Timely Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Responsible For Meeting Other Requirements Specified In The Contract Template And Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions. D. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused. . The Devices Must Be Equipped With Legally Unused Software Enabling The Implementation Of All Assumptions Specified In The Specification. Licensed Exclusively To The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Legality Of The Software And The Requested Service Modes.E. All Components Of The Device, I.E. Electronics And Mechanical Elements, Must Be Covered By A Full Warranty For The Offered Warranty Period. G. The Minimum Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol. The Warranty Period Is Equal To The Warranty Period.
