Therefore, The Contractor Who Will Be Awarded An Order (Conclusion Of A Contract) After Meeting The Conditions Specified In Art. 83 Section 13-15 Of The Goods And Services Tax (Vat) Act Will Be Able To Apply A 0% Tax Rate For Specific Equipment (In Accordance With Annex No. 8 To The Above Act).
