1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Sand For Winter Maintenance Of Roads In 2026. Cpv: 1421000-3 Sand. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Natural Aggregate (Sand) With A Grain Size Of Up To 2 Mm, Intended For Winter Maintenance Of Roads In The Winter Season 2025/2026, In The Amount Of 1,100 Tons To The Ordering Party, I.E. The District Base. Road Administration In Nidzica (Ul. Kolejowa 29, 13-100 Nidzica). Deliveries Will Be Carried Out By The Contractors Transport, Successively According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party Reported By Phone Or E-Mail During The Term Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order Within The Time Specified In The Contractors Offer, Counting From The Date Of Request. The Delivered Material Should Be Of Good Quality And Meet The Parameters Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of October 27, 2005. On The Types And Conditions Of Use Of Agents That May Be Used On Public Roads, Streets And Squares (Journal Of Laws Of 2005, No. 230, Item 1960). The Aggregate Should Be Delivered Dry And Must Not Contain Any Contamination With Organic Compounds Such As Grass, Root Debris, Branches, Etc.
