Walkie Talkie: 1 Pc. Projection Screen: 1 Pc. Sound System: 1 Pc. Mixer: 1 Pc. Projector: 1 Pc.3. The Delivered Devices Must Be Brand New, Unused, Unregenerated, Without Physical And Legal Defects, From The Latest Production.4. If The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials Or Equivalent Solutions.5. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Include A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Such Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractors To Offer An Equivalent Subject Of The Order, Provided That: 1) If The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Order By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, It Should Be Understood That The Use Of Equivalent Solutions Is Allowed; 2) The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of An Equivalent Subject Of The Order Provided That It Has Technical Parameters At The Same Level Of Quality As Those Listed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz; 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrating That The Offered Product Meets The Requirements Of The Ordering Party; 4) All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Products Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order; 5) By The Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Subject Of The Order Contained In Generally Available Sources, Catalogs And Websites Of Manufacturers.
