Staff: The Service May Be Provided By A Speech Therapist With The Necessary Knowledge And Experience As Well As Qualifications To Perform The Order, Confirmed By Appropriate Documents - Meeting All Of The Following Requirements: 1) Completed Uniform Masters Studies Or First- Or Second-Cycle Studies In The Field Of Speech Therapy Or Masters Studies Or First- And Second-Cycle Studies In The Field Of Pedagogy, Psychology Supplemented With Postgraduate Studies In The Field Of Speech Therapy / Neurologopedics, 2) Professional Experience In The Provision Of Services Related To Individual Speech Therapy Counseling For Children And Youth, Confirmed By Appropriate Documents; The Ordering Party Requires That A Given Person Has Demonstrated At Least 500 Hours Of Individual Speech Therapy Counseling In The Last 5 Years Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers (The Ordering Party Will Recognize Both Experience In Conducting Speech Therapy Counseling Carried Out Under An Employment Contract And Civil Legal Contracts; In The Case Of Persons With Experience In Working As A Speech Therapist For Children And Adolescents Under An Employment Relationship, It Is Assumed That The Number Of One Full-Time Position Is Equal To 40 Hours Of Individual Counseling - Calculated Proportionally In The Case Of Part-Time Or Other Full-Time Hours Resulting From Separate Regulations; In The Case Of A Civil-Legal Contract, Actual Hours Of Individual Speech Therapy Counseling Must Be Provided). 9.
