1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Cleaning Services And Maintenance Of The Current Cleanliness Of The Rooms In The Building Of The District Court In Biała Podlaska, Together With Maintaining Cleanliness On The Property And External Areas Adjacent To The Building During A Period Of 12 Months, Starting From February 1, 2026, Consisting Of: 1) Cleaning And Maintaining Cleanliness Of The Internal Rooms In The Court Building On Working Days From Monday To Friday And On Saturdays Considered As Working Days In The Ministry Of Justice; 2) Cleaning And Keeping The Property Clean Belonging To The Court (Parking Lots, Courtyard With An Entrance For People With Special Needs, Patio) And External Areas Adjacent To The Building (Sidewalk From Ul. Brzeska And Ul. Prosta) Every Day In The Morning So That The Work Is Completed By 7:00 A.M., Taking Into Account Duties In The Autumn And Winter Period, I.E. From January 1 To April 30 And From October 1 To December 31 At From 7:30 A.M. To 3:30 P.M. Also On Days Off And Holidays, Depending On Weather Conditions, E.G. Snowfall, Thaw, Etc. (Clearing Snow From The Courtyard Area, Entrance And Exit To The Garage, Parking Lot From Ul. Prosta And Sidewalks Adjacent To The Property);3) Maintaining Cleanliness In The Main Hall And Public Toilets, I.E. Daily Service From 7:30 A.M. To 3:30 P.M. 4) Maintaining Cleanliness In The Premises Of The Probation Center No. 1, Located In The Building At Plac Wolności 11 In Biała Podlaska, One Day A Week, Excluding The Months Of July And August;5) Maintaining Cleanliness In Guest Rooms Located In The Court Building, One Day A Week.6) During The Pandemic: Disinfection Of Courtrooms, Toilets, Halls, Customer Service Office And Office Rooms In The Building Of The District Court In Biała Podlaska From 9:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M., Consisting Of Daily Disinfection Of Door Handles, Power Switches, Handrails, And Plexiglass Covers. The Contractor Will Assign At Least: A) 5 People To Clean Rooms And Halls On Working Days From Monday To Friday And On Saturdays Recognized As Working Days In The Ministry Of Justice; B) 1 Person To Clean The External Area; C) 1 Person To Handle The Daily Service.
