Staff: The Service May Be Provided By A Sensory Integration Therapist Who Has The Necessary Knowledge And Experience As Well As Qualifications To Perform The Order, Confirmed By Appropriate Documents - Meeting All Of The Following Requirements: 1) Completed Uniform Masters Studies Or First- And Second-Cycle Studies In The Field Of Pedagogy Or Psychology Or Speech Therapy And Postgraduate Studies In The Field Of Sensory Integration Or Completed A First- And Second-Cycle Course (Training) (Two-Level Course/Training) Confirmed By A Certificate For Diagnosis, 2) Professional Experience In The Provision Of Services Related To Individual Sensory Integration For Children And Adolescents, Confirmed By Appropriate Documents; The Ordering Party Requires That A Given Person Has Demonstrated At Least 500 Hours Of Individual Support In The Form Of Sensory Integration In The Last 5 Years Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers (The Ordering Party Will Recognize Both Experience In Conducting Individual Sensory Integration For Children And Adolescents Carried Out Under An Employment Contract And Civil Legal Contracts; In The Case Of Persons With Experience In Working As A Sensory Integration Therapist For Children And Adolescents Under An Employment Relationship, It Is Assumed That The Number Of One Full-Time Position Is Equal To 40 Hours Of Individual Counseling - Calculated Proportionally In The Case Of Part-Time Or Other Part-Time Employment Resulting From Separate Regulations; In The Case Of A Civil-Legal Contract, Actual Hours Of Individual Sensory Integration Must Be Provided). 9.
