1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Accommodation Services For The Needs Of The National Forum Of Music. Witolda Lutosławskiego.2. The Accommodation Facility/Hotel Is Located At A Maximum Distance Of 300 M (On Foot) From Nfm Pl. Wolności 1, 50-071 Wrocław – Above-Mentioned Distance Will Be Checked Using Google Maps.3. The Facility Should Have A Minimum Of 45 Rooms With Separate Bathrooms.4. Each Room In The Facility Has A Separate Bathroom, Wireless Internet Access, And A Set Of Towels.5. Breakfasts At The Facility Should Be Served In The Form Of A Buffet And Their Cost Is Included In The Room Price.6. The Facility Should Have A 24-Hour Reception With An Employee.7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz).8. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, People (At Least One) Who Will Perform Activities Related To The Reception Of The Contractors Facility During The Execution Of The Order. 9. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. Failure To Divide The Order Into Parts Does Not Restrict Competition. Dividing The Order Into Individual Dates Of Accommodation Planned In The Swz Or Separating Organized Groups (Taking Part In A Specific Cultural Event On The Same Date) Into Separate Hotels Would Cause Significant Difficulties For The Ordering Party In The Process Of Coordinating All Contractors At The Same Time, Resulting In A Serious Risk Of Incorrect Execution Of The Order.
