1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Organize And Conduct Group Therapeutic Classes For 20 Children From Foster Families As Part Of The Project Entitled “In The Family” Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under Priority Viii European Funds For Active Integration And Development Of Social And Health Services In Mazovia, Measure 8.6 Social Services For Families, European Funds For Mazovia 2021-2027 Program, Edition I. The Aim Of The Workshops Is To Improve The Knowledge, Skills And Competences Of Foster Carers.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. Detailed Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order Are Set Out In Annex No. 10 To The Swz Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. Additional Information: 1) Due To The Fact That The Order Concerns Work With Children, In Accordance With The Act Of May 13, 2016 On Counteracting The Threat Of Sexual Crimes (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1802, As Amended), The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Execution Of The Order By A Person Listed In The Register Of Sexual Offense Perpetrators - Hereinafter Referred To As Rstps.2) The Contractor During The Performance Of Design Activities Will Be Obliged To Protect The Personal Data Of Project Participants.3) The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Granting Advance Payments For The Execution Of The Order Or Reimbursement Of The Costs Of Participation In The Proceedings.4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer All Copyrights To All Materials Produced And Used During The Implementation Of The Contract To The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Additional Remuneration In This Respect.
