Providing A Service In The Collection Of Mixed And Separately Collected Municipal Waste From Residential Properties Located In The City And Commune Of Działoszyce And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In Działoszyce (Hereinafter Pszok), On The Dates Set In The Schedule, In Any Quantity That Will Be Produced During The Execution Of The Order, I.E. From January 1, 2026 (Or From Signing The Contract If Concluded After January 1, 2026) Until December 31, 2026, In Accordance With The Principles Arising From Applicable Legal Provisions And Local Legal Acts, Including The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Działoszyce Commune And The Transport Of This Waste To The Municipal Waste Processing Installation In Promnik Ul. Saint Tekli 62, 23-067 Promnik. The Costs Of Managing Waste Delivered To The Municipal Waste Processing Installation In Promnik Are Borne By The Ordering Party And Should Not Be Included In The Offer Price2. Equipping The Residential Properties Indicated By The Ordering Party With Containers For Mixed Waste And Bags For Selective Waste Collection.3. Collection Of Furniture And Other Large-Sized Waste (I.E. Old Furniture, Beds, Chairs, Childrens Toys, Old Doors And Windows) Directly From The Occupied Property And Forwarding It To Zuo For Management (At Least Twice During The Term Of The Contract).4. Address Of The Municipal Installation To Which Municipal Waste And Bulky Waste Will Be Transferred: Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. Z O. O. In Promnik, Address: Ul.
