Tenders are invited for In-Class Trainer (Core Work Skills Training) Deadline Wednesday, 07. Jan 2026 Key Responsibilities Training Delivery Deliver 10-day core work skills training per location. Facilitate participatory sessions adapted to beneficiary profiles. Ensure inclusion of women and persons with disabilities. Curriculum Areas Communication and teamwork Work ethics and time management Problem-solving and adaptability Rights and responsibilities at work Basic digital and job readiness skills Assessment & Reporting Monitor attendance and participation. Conduct pre/post assessments. Provide feedback to project team on trainee readiness. Required Qualifications University degree or equivalent professional certification. Minimum 5 years experience delivering employability or soft skills training. Proven experience working with vulnerable groups. Strong facilitation and adult learning skills. Fluency in Arabic; English an asset.
