Construction Work For Buildings Relating To Education And Research – Works (Design And Execution) For The Achievement Of The Investment Objective Construction Of A Building Intended For A Nursery In The Northern Area Timișoara. On The Basis Of The Contract, Works (Design And Execution) Will Be Executed For The Achievement Of The Investment Objective Construction Of A Building Intended For A Nursery In The Northern Area Timișoara, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Award Documentation. According To The Attached Technical Expertise, It Was Concluded That No General Interventions To Repair/Consolidate The Structural Elements Already Executed Are Necessary. However, Taking Into Account The Shortcomings And Degradations Identified, The Implementation Of The Following Intervention Solutions Was Recommended: • Local Strengthening Of The Beam Located At The +4.05 Level, On Axis 5 Of Body B, Where A Deficit Of Bending Capacity Was Found In Two Sections Located Next To The Supports Of The Large Opening; The Strengthening Will Be Done By Applying An Frp (Fiber Reinforced Polymers) System; • Ensuring The Quality Of The Masonry In The Outline Of All Closing And Compartmentalizing Walls, By Restoring Continuity, Integrity And Flatness In Problem Areas Identified In The Respective Plans; • For The Walls On Axis 3, The Non-Compliant Masonry Uprights Will Be Removed And Reinforced Concrete/Metal Pillars Will Be Inserted In Their Place. • Restoration Of The Structural Masonry Walls In The Area Of ​​The Two Elevator Shafts, In Order To Ensure The Structural Integrity And Their Cooperation With Confining Elements. • The Voids Created Non-Compliantly In The Non-Structural Walls For The Passage Of Pipes Within The Ventilation Installation Will Be Treated. Also, All Categories Of Work Provided For In The Initial Technical Project Must Be Completed/Completed, Respectively: • Thermal Insulation/Waterproofing/Carpentry/Exterior Finishes/Interior Finishes/Equipment • Strong And Weak Current Electrical Installations • Thermo-Ventilation Installations • Sanitary Installations • Interior/Exterior Hydrant Installations And Works To Comply With Isu Requirements • External Networks, Utility Providers • Carrying Out Fencing And External Landscaping Works According To The Additional Technical Project, The Contractor As A Designer, Will: - Provide The Documentation Regarding The Exploitation, Maintenance, Repair, Monitoring Of The Behavior Over Time Of The Installations And Equipment Made/Purchased Within The Investment - Draw Up The Necessary Documentation For The Tabulation Of The Investment And Will Also Obtain The Land Deed. - Provide Documents Necessary For The Preparation Of The Project As Built (As Built); - Draw Up The Related Documentation, To Obtain The Authorizations/Notices Necessary For The Commissioning/Exploitation Of The Building And Related Facilities (Fire Security, Burglary Security, Igpr, Iscir, Dsp, Dsvsa, Ssm, Etc.)
