Protective And Safety Clothing – Supply Through Personal Protection (Ppe). The Object Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Personal Protective Equipment For The Safety Of The Employees Of The Municipality Of Nea Smyrni For The Years 2025, 2026 And 2027. The Supply Of Personal Protective Equipment Will Cover The Needs Of The Beneficiary Employees Of The Municipalitys Departments, For A Period Of Time From The Signing Of The Contract Until 12/31/2025. According To The Provisions Of Y.A. 53361/2006 (Government Gazette 1503/B/11-10-2006) On Provision Of Personal Protective Equipment To Employees Of The Otas. And Measures Of Preventive Medicine As It Was Supplemented By Tt36586/2007 (Government Gazette 1323/B/30.07.07) And House 31119/2008 (Government Gazette 990/B/28.05.08) And In K.Y.A. 43726/2019 (F.E.K. 2208/Β/8-6-2019) On Provision Of Personal Protective Equipment To Employees Of Otas A And B Grade And Their Legal Entities And Preventive Medicine Measures, The Municipality Is Obliged To Annually Supply Personal Protective Equipment For The Staff Of Cleaning, Garden Maintenance, Road Construction, Electric Lighting, And Construction Workers Countryside As Well As The Guards (Outdoor Spaces And Schools).
